Businesses expect growth in 2012, but uncertainty remains

Founding member leaving Green & Seifter for hospital position

Lowell Seifter plans to leave Green & Seifter, Attorneys, PLLC to become general counsel at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center.

Seifter will surrender his ownership stake in the law firm that bears his name at the end of January. He expects to start work in what is a new position at St. Joseph’s in mid-February.


SRC, Lockheed, Le Moyne develop new certificate program

SRC, Lockheed Martin, and Le Moyne College in Syracuse have partnered to develop a new certificate in government systems management.



The program will introduce students and professionals to the legal and regulatory issues involved in doing business with the federal government. They will learn about the government procurement process, financial systems, and contracting basics.
