BAINBRIDGE — Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. has combined its Afton and Unadilla branches into one new location at 29 N. Main St. in Bainbridge in the former offices of attorney David DeClue.

SYRACUSE — The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) has closed on a $9 million Freddie Mac loan for Franklin View Apartments, a former mill building that was transformed into a mixed-use complex of rental apartments and office/warehouse space. 

The acquisition of 37 HSBC branches in the Buffalo and Rochester areas will strengthen KeyBank’s business in upstate New York, KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) Chairwoman and CEO Beth Mooney said in a conference call Jan. 24.

Gentiva Health Services will relocate its Oswego office in February.

Gentiva, a national home health and hospice company based in Atlanta, will move its Oswego location from 335 W. First St. to 19 Fourth Ave. The Oswego office provides home health services, according to Gentiva’s website. 

CAZENOVIA -- Kurt F. Wendler and Gregory S. Widrick, managing partners of Sphere Development LLC, left their jobs at Syracuse-based mall developer The Pyramid Companies in May 2006 to start their own commercial real-estate firm.
 

Gov. David A. Paterson signed into law a bill that will increase the availability of rehabilitation tax credits to developers of New York historic structures.

The new bill increases the New York Historic Tax Credit to 20 perce
